Previously, he served as Head of Global Delivery and Operations at SYSTIME (now KPIT), as Director at Oracle driving License Sales, and as one of the Founder and Managing Partner of 9EDGE (now AST/IBM).

She spearheads our global people strategy and corporate culture, ensuring our talent thrives across India and international markets. Her expertise spans Delivery, People Management HR, Facilities and Operations. Archanaa holds a PGDM from the Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University. As Chief Operations Officer at 24OrionTech, she brings immense experience to drive Operational Excellence, People Connect and Customer Success. Previously she worked at SYSTIME (now KPIT) and 9EDGE (now AST/IBM) responsible for HR and Operations.

Brings over 18 years of specialised expertise in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Enterprise Performance Management, Big Data, and Analytics. Possesses extensive experience across the entire business value chain—from sales, presales and solution development to project delivery, practice leadership and business management. He has previously worked with leading organizations including DXC Technology, Hewlett-Packard India, Larsen & Toubro Infotech (now LTIMindtree), and SYSTIME Computers (now part of Birlasoft Ltd.).
